✈️ Cancelling Your Booking
You can cancel your booking easily through your online account. Here’s how:
For Website Bookings:
Log in to your account.
Go to My Bookings.
Select the trip you want to cancel.
Click Cancel Booking.
Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
For App Bookings:
Open the [Your Brand Name] app.
Tap on Trips.
Choose the booking you'd like to cancel.
Tap Cancel Trip and confirm.
📌 Note: Some bookings may be non-refundable or have cancellation fees based on the fare rules. Always check the cancellation policy in your booking confirmation.
💸 Requesting a Refund
If your booking is eligible for a refund, you can request one right after canceling.
Steps to Request a Refund:
After cancelling, go to My Bookings.
Click on the canceled trip.
If eligible, you’ll see a Request Refund button.
Follow the prompts to submit your request.
Refund Processing Time:
Standard refunds: 5–10 business days
Bank processing time: May vary depending on your financial institution
We’ll send you a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
📋 Important to Know
Refund eligibility depends on the fare type and supplier (airline, hotel, etc.).
Third-party bookings (e.g., booked via partner sites) must be canceled and refunded through that provider.
If your trip was disrupted due to unforeseen events (weather, health, strikes, etc.), you may be eligible for special considerations. Please contact our support team.
